The project's objective was to develop a unified and comprehensive portal for end users, providing them with complete visibility into their security audits, penetration tests, and the results thereof.

Challenge

Presenting complex and sophisticated matters in a clear and simple manner to non-technical users, ensuring consistency with their existing platform, and fully adhering to established principles, standards, and routines.

Solution

The microservice architecture enabled us to develop the new service independently while maintaining transparent collaboration with the in-house team. By utilizing the OData Protocol, we ensured that the REST API was consistent with the existing platform.

The seamless integration of work pipelines with the in-house team—including cross-team PR reviews, UAT feedback rounds, and consolidated CI/CD processes—allowed our team to successfully complement the existing team. This approach preserved the flexibility and agility typical of project outsourcing.

Outcome

Leveraging our expertise in the best practices and principles of the OWASP framework, we successfully identified the pain points and critical business components of the customer portal. This enabled us to deliver an efficient implementation with exceptional UX while adhering to the allocated budget.
